Traffic

The traffic estimates included in the CEQA report are based on short duration peaks rather than averages, and represent extreme and unlikely situations. Their methodology exaggerates the actual increased traffic load. For instance, our remote location makes it highly unlikely that our workers will travel back and forth for mid-day meals, an incorrect assumption that doubles the estimated employee car trips. The table below more accurately represents our trips assuming a full project buildout.
